Rev. Jim Shea, SJ

Fr. Jim Shea grew up in Skokie, attending Loyola University and working at Misericordia Heart of Mercy Home in Chicago before entering the Society of Jesus in 2004. After ordination in 2015, Fr. Jim taught at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Chicago; he also developed his interest in spiritual direction and retreat ministry during a short assignment at Demontreville Jesuit Retreat House (Lake Elmo, MN) and Jesuit Retreat Center (Parma, OH).

​Fr. Jim currently works at the Jesuit Retreat House in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. He feels blessed to have the opportunity to share with others some of the graces he has received from his Jesuit teachers and spiritual directors. He hopes that his presentation will help you to engage in your own spiritual journey.
